At Still Acres Developments, we partner with landowners to create sustainable projects that respect the land’s natural character, protecting waterways, habitats, and the uniqueness of your property. Our strong land conservation requirements in every proposal aim to set a new standard for responsible development.

Step 1: Site analysis

Conducting a site analysis before development is essential to assess feasibility and identify habitats or agricultural land to preserve. This step informs a responsible, site-specific development plan.

Step 2: Development plan

If our site analysis confirms your property's suitability for residential development, the next step is to create a site plan.

We finalize habitat and land protection measures with subdivision and development plans, safeguarding wildlife habitats and travel corridors to ensure developments respect and coexist with surrounding ecosystems.

The final plan includes community gardens, water management strategies, and strategic home placement for energy efficiency, prioritizing sustainability by harmonizing with the environment and optimizing renewable energy.

Additionally, we actively engage the local community and residents throughout the planning process, ensuring the design reflects shared values and meets the needs of the area.

Once finalized, the plans are submitted to local municipalities for review and approval.

Step 3: Implementation

Once the plan is approved, Step 3 shifts focus to creating and managing detailed timelines, schedules, and budgets as the first steps of on-site implementation begin.

From assessments to execution, we collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and contractors to keep the project aligned with your goals. As your land is sold, you receive compensation, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and rewarding process.
